Useful Information
The purpose of our house rules is to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for our guests by providing all necessary information and avoiding any misunderstandings. The HOUSE RULES apply to all guests staying at the hotel.
CHECK IN
Guest rooms are available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please inform us in advance in case of arrival outside these hours.
CHECK OUT
We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
PAYMENT
Hotel bills can be settled daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
PARKING
Barrier-secured parking: HUF 1,000 / vehicle / day
TOURIST TAX
Payable for guests over 18 years of age: HUF 600 / person / night
FURTHER INFORMATION
Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed.
We accept credit cards and SZÉP Cards (OTP, K&H and MKB). Only SZÉP Cards issued in the name of the staying guest(s) are accepted.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable. Within the validity period of the package, one date modification is allowed free of charge.
The hotel reserves the right to change programs and prices.
All prices include VAT.
AQUA-WELLNESS
Opening hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM During this time, guests may use the indoor thermal seating pool, Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. In case of non-payment, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
COMPENSATION (IN CASE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE)
Towel: HUF 5,000 / item
Bathrobe: HUF 5,000 / item
Wellness chip: HUF 5,000 / item
Remote control: HUF 5,000 / item
Room card / key: HUF 8,000 / item
SMOKING
Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking property, and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises.
In case of violation, a penalty fee of HUF 40,000 will be charged.
BICYCLE RENTAL
Guests have the opportunity to rent bicycles and explore Mosonmagyaróvár and the beautiful Szigetköz region on two wheels.

Malom Café
Located just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, Malom Café welcomes guests with specialty coffees, a fantastic menu and a weekly changing lunch offer. The café is situated in one of the oldest buildings in the town, the former archducal mill, which dates back to 1648.
