Services Available in All Rooms
Bathrobe, slippers, shoe-cleaning sponge, sewing kit, toiletries, minibar, safe, and individually controlled air conditioning are provided in all rooms. Upon request, we also provide: iron with ironing board, umbrella, phone charger, plug adapter, and baby cot (subject to prior notice). For an additional fee, the following services are available: laundry and dry cleaning, bicycle rental, transfer service and room service. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available at the reception upon request.
Standard Plus Single Rooms
We offer 2 Standard Plus Single Rooms, each approximately 19 m² in size (including bedroom, entrance area and bathroom). The rooms are furnished in a classic style and feature a shower, wardrobe, single bed (90 × 200 cm), bedside table, dressing table, coffee table, wall mirror and luggage rack.
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Standard Plus Double Rooms
We offer 22 Standard Plus Double Rooms, each at least 20 m² in size (including bedroom, entrance area and bathroom). The rooms are furnished in a classic style and feature a shower, wardrobe, double bed (180 × 200 cm), bedside tables, dressing table, coffee table, wall mirror and luggage rack. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Standard Plus Family Rooms
We offer 4 Standard Plus Family Rooms, each consisting of two interconnecting double rooms (2 × 20 m²), with two separate bathrooms. Designed in a classic style, these rooms provide the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy for families.
Each unit is furnished with wardrobes, two double beds (2 × 180 × 200 cm), bedside tables, dressing tables, coffee tables, wall mirrors and luggage racks. The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, LCD TV and individually controlled air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family. Ideal for families of four, these rooms allow you to stay together while still enjoying your own private space.

Important Information
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: Guest rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Rooms can be occupied until 9:00 PM at the latest. For late arrivals, please inform us in advance.
Departure: We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-out: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
On the day of arrival, the services of Flexum Thermal & Spa can be used from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, access to the wellness area and entry to Flexum Thermal & Spa remain available; however, bathrobe and towel use are not included.
Dining
Meals: Our hotel offers buffet breakfast and dinner served in the Main Building.
Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (A rich selection of hot and cold dishes, including egg specialties, sausages, porridge, semolina pudding, fresh pastries, a variety of breads, butter, jams, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, as well as hot and cold beverages.)
Dinner: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Buffet dinner featuring two types of soup, appetizers, four main courses, side dishes, a selection of fresh salads, desserts and fruits.)
Hotel Taxi & Parking
Hotel Taxi: We provide a transfer service for our guests for an additional fee. For more information, please contact us using one of our contact details.

Special Dietary Requirements
Our hotel offers special dietary options, including meals for guests with food allergies, for an additional fee. Please indicate any such requirements at the time of booking.
Booking & Payment Conditions
Weekend bookings: Room reservations for weekends (Friday–Sunday) are available only with half board (breakfast and dinner included).
Payment: The hotel bill must be settled upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card.
Reservation: All reservations must be confirmed in writing.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, based on a proforma invoice. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or SZÉP Card.
The reservation becomes valid once the deposit has been received by the deadline indicated in the confirmation.
Individual reservations may be modified once free of charge.
SZÉP Card Information
Our hotel accepts OTP, K&H and MKB SZÉP Cards. We accept SZÉP Cards issued in the name of the staying guest(s), including all three sub-accounts, as a method of payment. Please note that the tourist tax and intermediary services cannot be paid with a SZÉP Card. Before arrival, we kindly ask you to check the available balance and sub-accounts on your SZÉP Card. Deposit payment via SZÉP Card is also possible; further information will be provided after booking. Please note that SZÉP Cards cannot be used for purchasing gift vouchers, as these are transferable and their redemption date is not fixed.
Dress code
Guests are kindly requested to wear appropriate attire in all areas of the hotel. Bathrobes are not permitted in the restaurant.

The sauna world of Flexum Thermal & Spa is available for an additional fee.
Prices
All prices include VAT.
Non-Smoking Hotel
Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas in the hotel courtyard.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
